oh my god it is calming
i think we could all use some calming cat right about now.
I don’t have a lot of friends, nobody begs me to stay when I have to go, I rarely get messages, nobody tells me they need me, and nobody waits for me to come online. But none of that really matters to me because the only thing I care about is making people smile. If I can just make 1 person smile each day, even just a tiny smile that lasts a split second, nothing else matters.
Well the week has been rather dreary. Just living every passing day, waiting for the manager to call.
Went out with Sonia, Germaine and Veronica a coupla times, tho. Love them to bits!! So much fun hanging with them :* Had a blast shopping for 6 hours straight. It’s the year-end sale!!!!
Confirmation was a blast. Officially a catholic!! Gems came to my house to have their showers and to prep :”) we only had 20 minutes to change and do makeup and hair tho. Stress much??! However everyone managed to look utterly gorgeous, even the guys. How?! We were all given the prettiest orchid corsages, a breast pin for the guys and ribbons to go around the wrist for the girls. Dinner was amazing, with amazing food and tons of pictures!! I think I took a picture with every single confirmant except Dave lol. I can’t believe it’s all over so quickly. ): hardly expected the bros to show up, tho.. Awks. :& No matter… It was a magical night spent with beautiful people :”) So very proud to belong to the Church of St Anthony.
Anyway, it’s 1.16 am here and I’m not even sleepy but goodnight dolls :*
the biggest problem with rarely being called pretty is you become entranced with the first guy who does. and you start to lose yourself. why? because for a brief, fleeting moment.. he made you feel special. he made you feel wanted. he made you feel pretty.
